There are just the Core Rules in this file. No Adventurers sheets, no scenarii, no Tiles’ PDF, etc…

Actually, they are all divided in sub-folders. So there is a folder for the Adventurers, the scenarios are found in the folder AG, and the tiles can be found in Map Packs. Should’ve been a bit more clear about this one I guess.
